**Aure Fine Jewelry – Returns & Refund Policy**  
*(Strict Policy)*

At Aure Fine Jewelry, we stand behind the authenticity and purity of our 18k gold. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. 

1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility
We accept returns and refunds **only** under the following strict conditions:

- The item must be returned within **15 days** of the delivery date.
- The original proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
- The bracelet must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition, with all original packaging.
- The item must be verified as genuine 18k gold by us upon inspection.

2. Non-Refundable Situations
**No refund or return will be issued in the following cases:**

- No original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
- The item is determined **not** to be 18k gold (or the claimed gold purity) after our inspection.
- The bracelet shows any physical damage, breakage, cracks, bends, missing beads, or signs of misuse, impact, or improper handling.
- The item has been worn, altered, cleaned with harsh chemicals, or shows normal wear and tear.
- The return request is made after the 15-day period.

3. Limited Warranty – Gold Purity Only
Our only warranty covers the **purity of the gold**.  
If independent testing (or our inspection) confirms that the gold is not the stated 18k purity, we will offer a full refund or replacement at our sole discretion.

This warranty does **not** cover:
- Physical damage
- Breakage
- Loss of beads or components
- Wear and tear
- Damage caused by the customer

4. Return Process
1. Contact us at aurefinejewelrysales@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos of the item.
2. If approved, we will send you return instructions.
3. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and for ensuring the item arrives safely.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund (if approved) within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Final Decision
Aure Fine Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any return that does not strictly meet the conditions above. All decisions regarding refunds are final.
