Welcome to Aure Fine Jewelry. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your use of the Aure Fine Jewelry website and any purchases made through it. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Products
All products sold by Aure Fine Jewelry are handmade 18k gold jewelry.  
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, slight variations in size, bead arrangement, or finish may occur. These are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, actual appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.  
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.  
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout through Shopify Payments.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Once an order is accepted and payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout.  
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.  
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.  
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final, subject only to our strict Returns & Refund Policy.  
The only possible exception is a verified failure of the stated 18k gold purity, under the limited conditions outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.

7. Gold Purity Limited Warranty
Aure Fine Jewelry warrants only that the gold used in our products is 18k as stated.  
This limited warranty does not cover physical damage, breakage, wear and tear, loss of beads, improper care, or any other issue.  
Any claim under this limited warranty must be made strictly according to our Returns & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product designs, images, text, logos, and branding — is the property of Aure Fine Jewelry and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.  
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
- Submit false or misleading information

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aure Fine Jewelry from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the products.

13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.  
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
